I personnaly feel that the current administrative system adopted from the British period should be changed, specially in IAS & IPS. You cannot accept a person talent by qualifying a particular exam once in a life time which gives him a authority to administrate for years without any fear. In fact it is they who are fooling our politicial system and leaders by misguiding them. Why should a person be given chance to rule invisibly mearly because he has qualified a exam. It is they who are making rules for their benefit in fact they are following the British pattern of Governance and enjoying all the luxary and benefit for their personal lifestyle.
